Kim holds a BA in Sociology from Franklin College. Kim is a life long Shelby County resident and has 30 years of experience working with seniors.
Ralanda Smallfelt
Coordinator of Family Caregiver Services

Ralanda holds a BS in Computer Technology and a MS in Gerontology, both from The University of Indianapolis. Ralanda is a graduate of Leadership Shelby County and is the current Shelby County Council on Aging President
Buffy Powers
Coordinator of Volunteers and Ancillary Services

Buffy attended Ball State University studied Social Services. Activities Director Course obtained through Indiana Health Care Association. Buffy is an experienced Preceptor for Activities Director Course. Buffy has held office as President and Treasurer of the Shelby County Council on Aging. Buffy is a lifelong Shelby County resident and has 30 years of experience working with seniors.

Liz Oeffinger
Health and Wellness Coordinator

Liz has attended Indiana University studying Human Development and Family Studies. Liz has worked in the senior community for 3 years.
Elly Bowling
Director of Transportation and Building Maintenance

Elly has lived in Shelby County for 11 years. Elly is a certified driver by both INDOT and RTAP. She has 23 years’ experience working in the senior community functioning in customer service.
Crystala” Evans
Shelbyville Horizon Center Activity Coordinator

Crystala” has lived in Shelby County for 20 years. She has a BS in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, She is a member of N.C.C.A.P. as a Nationally Certified Activity Director (ADC), and she is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She has worked with the senior population for 7 years.

Easter-Hall Beyer
Receptionist ebeyer@shelbyseniorservices.org Easter has lived in Shelby County since 2013. She became a ShelbyGo diver in 2018. She is a state certified EMT-8 since 2009 She has volunteered as an attendant through Franklin County EMS since 2006.

Gina Batton

Gina has been a lifelong Shelby County resident. She attended International Business College for Business/Accounting. She completed the Liberty Tax Services Tax Preparation courses. She has worked in accounting and customer service for 20+ years.

Gretchen received a B.A. from Indiana State University and an M.A.E. from Ball State University. She taught elementary school for 36 years prior to retiring in 2006.
Kathy Miller

Kathy studied professional vocal music at Marion College and is currently a professional singer/entertainer.
Elaine Wilhelm

Elaine is trained as a Radiologic Technologist, where she works part-time. Elaine also volunteers at the Morristown Manor Nursing Home.

Jeannetta Faye Stickford
Horizon Center Activity

Jeannetta retired from Kiefers’s Home Furniture. Wired at Shares in Greenfield for over 3 years. She attended Methodist Theology Studies and at the University of Indianapolis. Graduate of the Hamilton County leadership academy. Jeannetta is involved in her local church at Waldron Methodist Church. She has served on several fund raising Committees.
